Frequently asked questions

Good questions. Clear answers.

45-minute sessions in English, German or Hungarian. Here is what to expect.

What happens during my first online session?

Your first 45-minute online appointment begins with a conversation about your symptoms, health history and goals. We assess your movement over video and discuss a plan that fits your everyday life.

Your first session helps us understand what support you need, whether any equipment would be useful and how we might structure your follow-up sessions.

Is online physiotherapy right for me?

You do not need to be an athlete. Online physiotherapy can support people with pain, stiffness, injury recovery or everyday movement difficulties, when assessment and guidance over video suit their needs.

We discuss your individual needs to understand whether online care is appropriate. If it becomes clear that you need an in-person assessment or treatment, we will explain why and recommend face-to-face physiotherapy instead.

Unsure where to start? Get in touch — we can help you choose.

What do I need for an online session?

You’ll need a phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a stable internet connection and enough space to lie down and move comfortably. Position your device so we can see your whole body when you move, and wear comfortable clothing.

No special equipment is needed for your first session. If you already have a mat, resistance bands or other exercise equipment, feel free to have them nearby. We’ll discuss what might be useful later.

Where can I see you in person?

You can see Dóri in Bad Hofgastein and Bogi in Kufstein, Austria.

Explore our locations to find the right place for you and plan your visit.

Can I join an online session from abroad?

We created DnB Physio to make distance less of a barrier to personal support. Online sessions make it possible to connect without travelling to our Austrian locations and fit physiotherapy more easily around your day.

If you’re Hungarian and living abroad, you can also speak with us in your own language — making it easier to describe how you feel, ask questions and understand the guidance.
