Care that begins with you.
One-to-one guidance, wherever you feel comfortable moving.

START WITH WHAT MATTERS TO YOU

Physiotherapy for everyday life, recovery and the things you love doing.

You do not need to be an athlete or have the perfect explanation for your symptoms. Dóri works with a broad range of movement concerns: back, neck and joint discomfort, stiffness, orthopaedic and rheumatological concerns, rehabilitation after injury, strength and prevention. The first conversation helps her understand what kind of support fits you and whether online care is appropriate for your situation.

Where Dóri’s approach is especially strong.

These are areas she particularly enjoys working in. They are a focus within her wider physiotherapy practice, not a limit on who can book.

03 · ACTIVE LIFE

Return to recreational sport.

Prepare to enjoy the activities you miss, while building habits and understanding that last beyond an appointment.

A thoughtful foundation.

Dóri graduated from Semmelweis University in 2023. Her further training includes McKenzie A and B modules, neuromobilisation, lymphatic drainage, Kinesio-Taping, cupping, flossing and foot reflexology. She combines rehabilitation, strengthening and prevention with a plan shaped around your goals and lifestyle.

These qualifications describe Dóri’s wider professional background. Hands-on techniques are not performed in an online video appointment.

HOW YOUR ONLINE APPOINTMENT WORKS

A conversation, a clear plan and room to grow.

Dóri listens first. Your symptoms, medical history, daily activities and goals guide what you explore together. She explains the purpose of your exercises, adapts them as you progress and helps you build the confidence to continue independently.

  1. 01

    Understand your starting point.

At the first appointment, you discuss what has changed, what you would like to do again and any relevant medical information. Dóri observes the movements that matter to you.

  2. 02

    Work through movements together.

You practise suitable exercises in real time. Dóri gives guidance and adjusts the programme to your abilities, your home setting and the way you respond.

  3. 03

Make it work in your life.

Leave with practical steps you understand. Follow-up sessions help you adapt the plan and develop a routine you can keep using between appointments.

Your goal might be a comfortable working day, a longer walk or a return to sport. It starts with you.

Book at least 24 hours before an available appointment. The calendar shows Dóri’s current times. If your situation needs in-person assessment, Dóri can discuss that with you.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few questions before we begin.

Can I book without a specific diagnosis?

Yes. Tell Dóri what feels difficult or what you would like to change. The first appointment is a chance to discuss your situation and decide together what kind of help is appropriate.

Do I need equipment at home?

No special equipment is needed for the first appointment. If a mat, exercise band, weight or a simple household alternative would be useful later, Dóri will discuss it with you.

Is online physiotherapy suitable after an injury?

It can be useful for some stages of recovery. Dóri will consider your history, current symptoms and goals and tell you if an in-person assessment or another type of care would be more appropriate.

Will I know what to do between appointments?

That is part of Dóri’s approach. She explains why you are doing each exercise and helps you build manageable steps that fit your everyday routine.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Start with a conversation.

You do not have to figure everything out before you book. Bring your questions, tell Dóri what you would like to change and take the first step together.

You can cancel or change your booking yourself until 24 hours before it starts. For changes within 24 hours, please message Dóri directly.
